If, like me, you’re feeling down about the frontrunners among the Democratic Presidential contenders, allow me to offer some small comfort. They might not be champions of progressive values, but at least they’re not these clowns:

Um, yeah? Are you just trolling here, or are you honestly trying to claim I was arguing for silencing the Republican candidates? I’ve repeatedly argued that the correct response to stupidity is to let people say stupid things and then mock them for it.

No, not “shilling” as you so put it.
Was mearly stating that everyone is entitled to say what they want to say. It is up to the people with common sense and intelligence to weed through what is just blabbering and what is fact and straightforwardness. Was not saying you were trying to “silence” anyone just putting it out there for something to ponder.
I agree that stupid people will say stupid things, and I also get a kick out of what they have to say, was just saying they have the right to say it, no matter if its stupid.
I just think you took my comment out of context.

You’re welcome to keep posting your thoughts, though it would be fantastic if you would, you know, actually respond to the post, rather than say something unrelated and link to your own site.
