Taking billions in taxpayer money to bail Wall Street out for its terrible, destructive choices: Capitalism.
Telling failing banks that they can’t use that money to provide huge bonuses for failure while taxpayers and shareholders suffer? Socialism.
I vote we bring back the stockades for these people. Given their crimes, I don’t feel it would be either cruel or unusual.
